This Data Deletion Policy outlines the methods available to users who wish to delete personal data associated with their Isleward account.


Isleward stores the following data related to your account:

- Your username
- Your E-Mail address (only if you registered with an E-Mail or manually linked it to your account)


If you wish to remove the E-Mail address linked to your account, follow these steps:

1) Log in to your Isleward account;
2) Click on the Account button;
3) Click on the Un-Link E-Mail button.

Once unlinked, your account will no longer receive any E-Mail linked benefits.


If you wish to delete a specific character from your account, please follow the steps below:

1) Log in to your Isleward account;
2) Select the character you wish to delete from the character list;
3) Click the Delete button;
4) As a confirmation step, you will need to click the delete button 3 additional times.
Each click will display on-screen instructions that count down your confirmation process.

Once confirmed, the selected character will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
